Basic Web Page Design & Hosting
Get your own Internet address(URL) by letting us host your site on our site. You can then advertise your Internet Address on all of your promotional material and attract even more visitors to your page! Your URL would be: http://www.PageantLink.com/yourname. Or get your own domain name and we will be happy to host you as well for only $10 per month billed quarterly.   

$100 design fee includes a color background, your text, 1 photo OR logo, and up to 1 megabyte of space. Includes a listing on one of PageantLink's listing pages. 
Additional basic pages including entry forms are $35 each.  
Custom graphic design is not included in this price and is billed at an hourly rate of $35 per hour.  Please contact us for additional information about custom work including logos, banners, photograph enhancements, animations, graphic design, etc. PageantLink's hourly rate is $35.00/hour for graphic work and site updates which exceed 16 sentences or changes exceeding 15 minutes, whichever is greater. 
All sites require a 50% deposit with the balance payable prior to posting/linking. 
$10.00/month hosting fee billed quarterly for a total of $30.00. Fee includes updates of up to two 8 sentence paragraphs per month (must be provided electronically) or changes which do not exceed 15 minutes of typing or graphic placement. All changes must be received via email. Additional updates are $35.00/hour. 
Photo scans are $10.00 per 8x10 image. A discounted rate of $5.00 each is extended with 5 or more scans.
  Total start up cost for a basic page is $130 for setup/design, listing with link, and first 3 months of hosting. If you would like your own domain, add $45 for domain registration ($20) and setup ($25).  Please indicate your name preference for your site as www.mycompany.com or www.pageantlink.com/yourname with your materials. Be sure to write "DO NOT BEND" WHEN MAILING PHOTOS. PageantLink will not be responsible for damaged materials received. Please include postage paid envelope if materials are to be returned.
 Payment can be made by credit card, check, or money order. Please allow 14-21 days for your web site to be completed after receipt of funds. Your page may be completed sooner depending on workload. Refunds will not be issued after receipt of funds and materials. 

Web Page Design Policy:
Links to your page will not be posted for access on the PageantLink's site until the client approves of page via email. (An email with the URL of the page will be sent). Client agrees to keep in contact with PageantLink and notify PageantLink of changes to be made via email or hard copy. Pages will be posted within 21 days after receipt of materials and PageantLink is not responsible for failure to include information on pages that was not provided prior to positing. However, changes will be made as per the customer's request and PageantLink shall have sole discretion as to the necessity of additional billing time for said changes.
Cancellation Policy: All sites will be deleted within 14 days after the expiration date if a renewal payment is not received. NO Exceptions! Notification of cancellation must be received in writing via us mail or email. NOTE: PageantLink does not issue refunds for design work OR for any unused portion of an advertising term for which payment has been made. 

Pageant/Contest Listings/Links

National/State or Contest Category: $8.00/month for a hyperlink which also includes a listing. Logos or banner links are $5.00/month extra with your paid listing of $8.00 per month. Total is $13/month.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your listing to be posted after receipt of your check. Allow 2 business days for a money order.
Be sure to notify PageantLink if your event date changes. We are not responsible for ads with expired pageant dates.

To Advertise on PageantLink:
All services are pre-paid.We accept PayPal and checks. When paying by check, please send a check or money order made payable to PageantLink to the address shown below. No postdated checks accepted. There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks. Please include all materials and information for your listing or web page. You may also email us  with any text or graphics you wish to include. Be sure to mark: "DO NOT BEND" on your envelope or your materials may be damaged. PageantLink is not responsible for damaged materials if this guideline is not followed. Please allow 10-14 business days before web page work is started. Web pages will post within 3 weeks of receipt of materials and funds. Listings will post within 7-10 business days after receipt of funds. It is the responsibility of all pageant directors to fully research pageant names, to check listings and report discrepancies within 7 business days after posting. PageantLink shall not be held responsible for similarities in pageant/contest names or content of ads. PageantLink reserves the right to reject any ad/listing or material submitted for posting on the internet. The advertiser is responsible for the truthful content of the ad or material submitted.
